Security Policy

All information on the NMDC Tender has been established by the company and regulated by the C&IT Department of NMDC Limited. The application is available for public access and contains information that is freely accessible and may be viewed by any visitor. However, NMDC maintains a copyright interest in the contents of the application. Application data may not be copied or distributed without obtaining due permission from the company. Information which is stored, transmitted, and processed on company communication devices is the property of NMDC. Any unauthorized attempts to upload or replace information on the NMDC Tender are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Information Technology Act 2000.

In order to facilitate site management, information may be collected for statistical purposes. Company computer systems can employ software programs to compile usage summaries. The data collected may be used to help determine technical design specifications and identify system performance. Except for authorized security investigations no attempts will be made to breach the privacy of the users. Data logs will be scheduled for regular deletion by NMDC administrators.
